Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How do I get the recovery disk when my laptop product numer is non exsitant. what do I do now?

You have to contact HP Customer Support and see if you can obtain the recovery media through them.

If HP no longer provides Recovery Media for your model, another site you should check is: http://www.computersurgeons.com/
