HP Laptop 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey HP Community,

I will be sending HP a copy of these message but I also want consumers to be aware. I am normally a Dell Business Computer user. After 4 years of usage, I lost my Dell to the Motherboard. I picked up a HP 14" Touch Screen Blue Laptop for a back up while my Dell was in service trying to get fixed.

The HP was just sent this morning to HP repair and I had to go to Walmart and buy another HP 15. Walmart did not have any computers to sell and said that the computers were considered Non Essential. The HP 14 has a FC label on the box which clearly states Made in China and expect interference with undesired interruptions. Which is exactly what I experienced. After researching the files and experiencing my programs being moved from my Desktop to my One Drive, my URL's being redirected to fake websites, my app permissions being taken over by a Remote Admin user and others, a Guest icon added to my profile, hidden files, hidden devices, unknown users, they even used my Microsoft account to buy a prepaid office subscription for up to 5 people . They have hidden files I discovered and had denied access to delete. They used Remote Access Manager to control the computer, disable the functions and crash the computer with no reset options.

I see the HP 15 I just purchased has the same FC label with its warning of undesirable interference. I will not be keeping this HP 15 and the HP 14 I sent to service repair will probably be a refund if they cannot get rid of the remote admin user controlling the computer, its files, apps and functions. I downloaded Glary Utilities to see the files and folders on the computer and they have a separate hidden environment they use shadowing my environment. The files and folder have denied access and cannot be deleted or disabled. I need permission from the administrator of the computer network to access the file or folder. I thought that was me. the computer owner who purchased the HP computer?????

The registry editor is worst with their international language keys, they know my location and have file mappings, packages, scheduled remote tasks assigned to their users. It is horrible.  I have no control of the computer or permissions granted on my apps I download. They even took over my HP printer and had my work printing on their client's server. Not to mention, they used my internet connection and had me connected to an unknown network.

They connect using Bluetooth, radio, cell phones and whatever will work with Remote Access Connection which I was not able to delete.

They even use HP network, HSA, and HP apps to access the computer, my printer and control it. When I disable, delete and reset the computer, they disable me and crash the computer so I cannot use it. Horrible experience using a HP for the first time and no having control over my own computer.

Read the FC label on the box, it clearly states, The Me Control files I discovered are from the Remote Admin in China on the computer.

HP needs to stop buying their computers from China and pay attention to China's FC warning label with great understanding and effects of expected interruptions as stated.

This HP 15 will be returned when I can find another computer to replace it. The HP 14 Stream laptop I returned label says " WLAN RTL with a number  The HP 15 I just brought FC labels says WLAN Realtek Radio model RTL with a number. China is accessing the HP 15 using a radio, which I seen on the HP 14 after disabling their their hidden device connections on the device management.

I will stick with the HP printer but will not use their HP computers until HP buys their computers from a US computer maker and not China. COVID19 days we are living right now...You can find their hidden devices using the device manager, using the File Explorer view hidden files and the Registry Editor which shows their user keys, packages, servicing, file mappings, MUI's with user keys, and everything else. They even have hidden shadow volumes of my hard drive,

They use Microsoft office apps and one of their apps comes from Microsoft Studio. No matter what I did to get rid of them, they came back again, disabled the functions they saw me using and crashed the computer so I could not use it. They hacked my internet and there were times when my internet showed a Network Connection and I had no internet access.

If you are having problems with a HP computer look for a Remote Admin User who is controlling your computer, I found them under Computer Management on the HP 14. I am not seeing them yet with the HP 15, I just got today.

If you have the computer box, look for the FC label from China.

All the Bests
