Hello,
Welcome to the HP Support forum. Thank you for posting.
Which services are you referring to ? What HP product you have had issues with ? Could you be more specific ?

I was trying to reinstall the HP Support Assistant. It makes a blue circle with a white outline. It has a white question mark in the center. This icon is located near the tray. I didn't remember what it was and I was able to reinstall it. I turned off the services and then I didn't find the services in the list of services anymore. I ran services.msc from the start menu.

OK, thank you.
Please, visit this URL >> http://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html
Download HP Support Assistant installation file sp78243.exe
Run the installer and install over the existing version - this will repair the installation.
When ready, restart the PC
Hope this helps

There were a few services that began with hp if I remember correctly. I disabled them from the service.msc window. That caused me to lose the HP Support Assistant. I was trying to get rid of whaterver software prevents me from installing the latest Intel Graphics card drivers. Anyway, I still can't do that but I ran Intel Driver Update software from Intel and it still says a Supporting System Service failed to start.
I reinstalled HP Support Assistant but I can't get rid of this terrible memory leak. That is why I started to try and fix my computer because of the memory leak.
I would tell you what services but I can NOT be more specific. The services are not in the list anymore. I didn't write them down. I remembered what they looked like and disabled them all. They are not in the list of services anymore. I don't understand it. I was certain they started with HP but I sorted the services.msc window by disabled/enabled or whatever that column is and I don't see anything HP..... disabled. Then I read all the services out load to a random person on the street. Each time I read a service I paused and reflected on life and thought whether that service name made any sense in the contect of what I was looking for. After going through the list two times with two compete strangers I still have no clue what services I am looking for and I still have a memory leak because HP will not allow me to update my 15-f233wm to a newer Intel Graphics Drivers. I read every question on this forum 5 times and all I see are people being told "that is the way the cookie crumbles" or "tough luck" or "go kick stones". None of these three standard answers has been able to solve my question.
