Product: HP Envy x360 m6-w105dx

I went to replace the DC adapter having taken the entire computer back together. When I plugged in I saw the small charging light then nothing. I removed the battery first when replacing but don't know how to tell if maybe a spark shorted the board?

We don't have any diagnostics you can run to check out a short in the motherboard.  IF you did that, then you damaged it and that would not be covered under the warranty as that is accidental damage, not a factory defect.

 

Does the laptop turn on? Or is it now completely dead?
