It appears that model series is supported by the HP cloud recovery client utility.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...

If for some reason that doesn't work, you can order recovery media from HP at the link below...

Thanks Paul, I tried this last night. Took about 3 /12 hours then it came up with a message that the recovery failed. Blast. It had looked like it was going just fine. I checked the logs but do not see any clues any suggestions???

You're very welcome.
The only other suggestion I can offer would be to clean install W10 using the media creation tool to create a bootable W10 USB installer. Make the 64 Bit installation media.

After W10 installs, you can install the drivers and available software from the PC's support page.

The PC came with W10 Home, so when you are at the installation point where you are asked what version of W10 do you want to install, select W10 Home 64 bit.
