Hi there,

HP Recovery Manager can help you some way, it is a software program for Windows that comes with HP's consumer PCs. Use HP Recovery Manager to reinstall some of the hardware drivers and software programs that originally came with your HP computer.

You can learn more about HP Recovery Manager from this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01868333

I suggest that you restart the computer once or twice and check if the apps appear. Check if the apps appear in All apps (Press Windows Key and click on All Apps).

Alternatively, you can try to recover the lost files with tips mentioned.
