Hi. I would like to ask, I just bought a new laptop but the operating system wasn't provided. How much does it cost to install one? What are my best options (Windows 10 Pro 64,

We can't tell you how much Windows 10 will cost you because that varies by (1) the version you buy, and (2) where you buy it from. But in general, Home is around $100, and Pro is a bit more than that.

Unless you really need to Pro features, you are better off buying Home.
And ... these are NOT the HP versions as HP does not sell Windows to consumers.
