Hello, thought need to reach out to the community, as 3 laptop repair shops I visited, including the one mentioned with HP's Website, couldn't figure out what is wrong with my laptop.

Purchased 2 an half years ago. Used it 7 months and the laptop not working since then.

 

When I turn on the laptop, it shows blue screen, with hibernating written on it. 

Laptop repair shops, ran a power flush and they think it is the Motherboard which is bad (which is still not confirmed).

I really need help to figure out how I can Fix my laptop.

I understand that notebook has an issue with  Hibernating mode.

 

May I know the Operating system and version using?

 

May I know the model number of the notebook?

 

May have the picture of the screen of the message?

 

Please share the info I can share the troubleshooting step to resolve the issue
