Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-aw2000 (8UY96AV)

Hi, I am facing random BSODs on my laptop and I cannot use it anymore and I spent way too much time on internet trying to figure out what's going on. I need help.

 

  • The blue screen shows irql_not_less_or_equal
  • the event viewer shows " Source: kernel-power, event #41",  Bug code > 0x00000029
  • I have minidumps if required and also the MSINFO (but I don't know how to share it here)
  • Memtest86 ends up with a FAIL status

Also I am still covered with the "Factory warranty", is there any chance my laptop can be repaired/replaced/whatever ?

Multiple BSODs again today with a new error code ==> KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.
