Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have this HP laptop stream 4 laptop and it don't have a operation system and all i have windows 7. It says it don't detect a CD driver. Need to know how to fix this issue😡

Hi:

 

You won't be able to install W7 on that model.

 

There are no drive controller drivers for the eMMC drive your notebook has.

 

That is why you are getting that error...that and W7 doesn't have the USB drivers required.

 

You have the option to reinstall W10 for free by making bootable installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

If your PC is not working, then use another Windows PC to create the installation media.

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
