Perhaps a little more politeness in the request?
Streams with 32 GB of memory have the F11 Factory Fresh reset disabled at a very low threshold.
As you haven't posted the exact model....
I can only offer loose advice....

You need to clear out all unnecessary programs etc and create as close to 12 GB of free space as you can.
If in doubt please ask.

Hi
I would make a W10 USB, boot from it and install a fresh Operating System.
But then I do have access to another PC, family member, friend, college etc etc to achieve that.
Also I would try and boot into Safe Mode and delete almost everything.
