HP stream laptop won't start

Laptop has an orange light by the charge cord and a white light showing charge near the card reader however it won't turn on. I've tried a hard reset of unplugging it, holding down the power button for 1 minute then plugging it back in and pressing the power button again but nothing happens. There is no external battery with the stream. any ideas????

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like hardware related issue with the computer as it's not powering on.

Note: Disconnect all the connected devices from the computer including power cord and try to turn it back on after few hours sometimes this fix the issue.
