While downloading HP suggested downloads today (15Jan2020) the START button was rendered inactive.  Anyone else had this problem?

I understand that after updating the drivers, the START button was rendered inactive.

 

Please let me know which driver you have installed.

 

Rollback the drivers from the device manager and check for the issue. Please refer to the following video  

 

If you still facing the same issue, please perform the system restore

Well I had to contact the Geek Squad for another issue so they fixed the one I wrote to you  about also.

But did want to thank you for your troubles in answering.  Keep up the great work!!!!!

PS:  I am not so sure I could have done what you suggested as I am not that familiar with your terms (Driver) -(Etc).

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
