I’ve purchased all HP products and have a support contract and after 2 weeks of deflecting that there were no issues I was told that my windows ops was corrupted I would need to find another company with a service location to resolve this issue. First of all HP states they do have service centers as well as operating system specs on their site. Any help in how to reinstall windows?

Your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally come with your PC.

You will need to have access to another PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
