I'm new here so hello to all
Three weeks ago I started the support ticket (5118497405) and to this day HP didn't do anything. It's one of my strategic client's laptop, it doesn't recognise the SSD (M2). I've made a couple of calls to HP and they always say "we don't have these SSD's now and we'll have to wait, maybe next week or so". I can't send this laptop to HP because the help line says that I'll have to wait for a call from a technician to make an appointment to fix the laptop in my company. I honestly can't understand how such a big company like HP, with such renome don't have a spare parts like SSD disks??? My client calls me everyday and asks "when I'll get my laptop back?" and I feel like an idiot and I don't know what to say 😞 Can someone help me, please?
Regards
Tom

Sorry, but we are just a Community Support forum staffed by part-time volunteers not associated with HP.
We have no access to other HP functional areas including: billing, repair (i.e., Service Centers), sales, or legal (i.e., warranty).
For these issues, your best bet is to contact HP Customer Service to see what they will do for you:

I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
