Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP laptop 15t-eg300, Product #78G39AV, with serial number [personal information removed]. You do not recognize it, saying there is an error.

Hi:

 

This is a peer-to-peer forum.

 

We do not work for or represent HP.

 

The reason the serial number is not being recognized is because the next to the last character is a zero not a letter O.

 

I entered the correct serial number in the HP PartSurfer site at the link below and your notebook showed up.
