I bought a computer Sep 2023 , it stopped working December 10th out of nowhere the night before I closed it and the next day it just did not work . I used this computer for online class , I missed a lot of work and its impacting my whole life. I contacted HP multiple times and try to resolve the issue , now they want to do a BIOS recovery and want me to buy a flash drive and actually get another computer to install something to the flash drive like what? I have to go out of my way to buy a flash drive like I did not spend my money on this computer. I still have 9 months of warranty and asked them If I could take it to place where it could be fix and NO i have to do this BIOs recovery before they could do their job . WHY is this ? can I contact a lawyer . I have 9 months of warranty ? I have try to fix it with what their telling me , it has not work , why I should buy extra stuff to fix this ?
