Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15-df0033dx

Used laptop one day, picked up next morning and it had a blue screen telling me an error had been detected and it had to be restarted. Once restarted, got a black screen stating that no boot device was detected,  o operating system was found, and an error of 3F0 . Ran UEFI diagnostics and all tests indicated “passed”, including the extended tests. Computer has not been able to get out of the black screen of death. I found information on HP website for troubleshooting the issue, and issue continues. Took to Beat Buy, they say have to erase and start fresh. There must be some way to recover the data from laptop!!! Please!! This is my college laptop and there is a TON of information stored on computer in addition to family photos of grandchildren! I am confident someone can help resolve this issue!

Those steps were completed, but the end result was the same. Random black screens appeared or the device shut down and restarted.
