Hi,
I have this notebook (added the model in the attachment) (HP 250 G10).
It came with FreeDOS, and I formatted with Windows 11 I downloaded from microsoft.com. But, after the format, I realized there were no drivers at all. All drivers were missing, even wifi which caused me trouble during the setup. I think there is a problem with the media provided by Microsoft.
Then, I downloaded HP Cloud Recovery Tool to download the media I needed, but the application doesn't support my notebook's model. I believe there should be a model-specific Windows 11 recovery media. Where is it, do you know? The serial number of my notebook is written in the header.
TLDR: HP Cloud Recovery Tool doesn't support my model, and I need the media for HP G10 250.

Hi:
The cloud recovery tool only works on PC's that came with Windows, not FreeDOS which is why it didn't recognize your PC's product number.
Your only option was to clean install Windows by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool, which you did.
You can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
