I'm currently using an HP630 notebook.
I'm currently in need of the best graphics driver for my notebook.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

No.
Your notebook has an Intel 1st gen core processor and a HM55 chipset.
Your notebook would need to have an Intel 2nd gen core processor and the Intel HM65 chipset to have the Intel HD 2000/3000 graphics and an Intel 3rd gen core processor to have the Intel HD 4000 graphics.
So, you have the best graphics installed now and going back to W7 or W8 would not make a difference.

Hi:
Your notebook is not supported for W10.
W10 should have automatically installed a driver for it.
If W10 did not install a graphics driver, you should be able to use the W7 Intel graphics driver from your notebook's support page.
