Buenos días, la pc se queda congelada y no me permite hacer nada ni reiniciar ni apagar. Entre a mantenimiento y me aparece que tiene se cerró inesperadamente Windows y además que HPCommonRecovery no funciona correctamente. Que puedo hacer para solucionarlo?
