HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been waiting for the HPIA to support Windows 10 build 2004, which I am using.

I opened it up today and it indicated that there was an updated HPIA for download:  https://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/HPIA.html

Here it states:

VERSION 4.5.8.1
  Enhancements:

      Adds support for Windows 10 v2004 (20H1).

When I run HPIA 4.5.8, I get this message:
HP Image Assistant does not support Windows 10 version 2004 for this platform.

What gives??

Hello

this link shows which are the OS supported for each model:https://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/imagepal/ref/platformList.html

as no one has written 2004 , I guess it means that HP didn't publish any driver for 2004.

So you have to wait until HP will publish the files for 2004 if you want to use  HP Image Assistant.

The application is ready, drivers not yet.

bye
