Hello
I just saw the bulliten listed in the subject. So I tried to see if my laptop is impacted by reviewing the listing on https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05792935
But I can't find my 'model number'. I entirely suspect that this is operator error rather than my laptop being somehow from a 3rd dimension!! So what am I missing? Where / how can I find my 'model number' or can I assume my laptop is not impacted??
Thanks in advance for help

Your Product Number translates to Spectre x360 13-4009na. That model is not listed so I assume you have- "SLB 9635 (TPM 1.2) is not affected" as stated at top of bulletin under "Vulnerabilty Summary".
You can check your TPM against all of those listed as affected under the summary. In the Search/Cortana box next to Start button- type tpm.msc It should appear at top of the list , click to open it.

There are many different models of Spectre x360 13. Easiest way to get that info- minimize all open windows so you can see desktop screen. Next hold the fn key and press esc key.
More ways here to find the info:

If you still can't figure it out post your Product Number.

Thanks for the fast response!
I checked on the list and I can't see anything that looks like my model!
For instance, the bulliten has listings that look like this....HP Spectre x360 Convertible (models 13-ac000 ~ 13-ac099)
And,
my information looks like this...
Product name:HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13
Product number:L6A11EA#ABU
Serial number:[edited]
Software build ID:15WW1KPA602#SABU#DABU
Motherboard ID:802D
Feature byte:6b7N7R7W8AaBaHaqasauawbEbPbSbVbhbnce.dD
OS version:ML
Service ID:20150830
BIOS:F.46-06/01/2017
How do I match them up?
Thanks again!
