Envy 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp 360 envy was hacked and it runs windows 7 in the background with administrative control some is accessing it remotely thru powerfully and there are root directories. I have wiped the computer only to have it hacked again by same people and my octane is corrupted and somehow storing. And booting this junk as well as my bios list as "Insyde 20" or something like that so the firmware is hacked as well. How can I get this thing working properly again and get rid of this malware/virus?

If you have an infection after wiping the drives, there are only few choices.  If the BIOS has been invaded, it will be most likely a lost cause for the average user.

First, disconnect the hard drive and any other devices except the keyboard and mouse.  The try to boot the machine again and enter the BIOS.  If it is still infected, the BIOS chip will need to be wiped or replaced.

Report back what has been discovered for additional help.  Exact help will require the complete model number as there are numerous models in the  Envy 360 line.
