Microsoft Windows 11

One day I tossed it on my bed not hard or anything and then the next day I opened it and half of my screen was white with some lines and I don’t know how to fix it. Is there a way I can fix it at home?

I assume this is a laptop and supports connecting an external monitor.

Connect an external monitor and see if the display is good.  press the windows key + "P" to enable the 2nd monitor

If the display looks good, there is probably a loose cable

Try flexing the lid: open it all the way back and close it but not to where the system is shut down.  Do it several time and look at the laptop display and see if is changes.

If you provide the model / product ID possibly there is an HP video to disassemble and look or test for bad connectors or cables.
