I have purchased Hp laptop 20 days back , store people said we have 28 days replacement policy, my laptop have screen blank issue but now customer care saying 14 days policy .

 

Why so much missselling,  what's differs from taking online and authorise shop ,  after paying such hefty amount don't want to go through  all these issue .

 

Not a good place to be in , talking customer care and stores to sort this out .
