HP Recommended
I have a HP 255 G8 Notebook PC. When I switch on my PC it shows Hard Disk error- Hard Disk 1 (3F1).
I updated my PC after the installation, my laptop switched off and this error appeared. What can I do to solve this problem?

Thank you for response.
I tried what you recommended, however, what was stated as possible outcomes in the document you recommended did not appear on my end. I attached an image for you see what displayed on my end. I tried both the Quick and Extensive test/check. It showed the exact response for both.
