last month my PC has stopped working And I don't remember what did I do before it has got this issue .. now When I try to turn on my pc it says Hard Disk Error ... When I press f9 I cqn choose only 1 choice which is "Boot From EFI File" and when I press "enter" it says "No valid File System Available" so when I press "enter" then "esc" it says "Boot Device Not Found" "Please install an operating system on your hard disk" "Hard Disk - (3F0)  ... Do you have any idea how to solve this

Hi,

Try performing Hp hardware diagnostics on the system and see if the hard drive has failed. Turn off the PC by holding power button. Turn on and keep pressing ESC until startup menu appears and press F2 to enter diagnostics. Perform fast test.

If it fails test (hard drive) it will need to be replaced and you will need to reinstall the OS. If you need help with this please provide the exact model or product number (not serial) of the PC.
