Hello @tapiahugo ,
the hard drive in your notebook has failed and needs to be replaced.
To replace the HDD follow the procedure described in the Maintenance and Service Guide pages 42-43. You could even replace it with a 2.5“ SATA SSD.

My laptop is HP & suddenly my hard disk fail to boot. I configure my HD but after 10% it is off so no any way to install 2nd time win operating system. Note, no any recovery system disk i made so kindly help me to run my laptop.
