Hello, when I was transferring files from my old HP to my new HP, the HP was on battery and the battery ran out and the system went off. When I plugged back in, it went to "preparing automatic repair" loop. Tried several things then did a diagnostic and received error code: 0TV9U3-8KNB5W-XD7UQJ-60U003. Hard Drive 1 - Primary HDD Bay.
It is 15-ba53nr. Any info out there to help? thanks.

Hi:
Below is the link to the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your PC's serial number.
0TV9U3-8KNB5W-XD7UQJ-60U003 | OK | 00000 | 7/9/22 | 303 | Storage | Floppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape Drive | Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure |
99% of the time that means the hard drive has failed, needs to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.
Normally I would recommend you replace the mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive but since you just bought a new notebook...
If you don't have one, buy a SATA to USB cable, remove the failed hard drive, plug it into your PC and see if you are able to read/copy any files you want to save to the new PC.
Something like this...
Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
