Before the last two months, I had never encountered any problems with my HP laptop. It's less than 2 years old and I can't believe that it's already giving me issues. Two months ago, my laptop started getting Blue screen errors with the reasoning CRITICAL_PROCCESS_DIED and it would re-start automatically. At first, it only happened sporadically which was mildly annoying but after a month, it started happening every time I used my laptop. At the same time, when it restarted, sometimes I would get the Hard Drive 3F0 error so I would have to hard reset multiple times until my laptop finally booted up. Now, I can barely use my laptop without both errors happening. It has made my laptop unusable.

I've run diagnostics and they've all passed. I also updated BIOS automatically and went as far as to do a factory reset and I'm still encountering both errors. Is there anything else I can try? I'm really annoyed with the thought of having to spend even more money to take this to a repair center.

Thanks.

@AP131, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document to resolve boot issues - Boot Device Not Found Error or Hard Drive Not Detected

To resolve blue screen errors, refer to the steps from this document - Error Messages Display on a Blue Screen.

Did you run a hardware test on the HDD? With this test, also run an Extensive test and share the results in your next post.

Let me know how this goes.
