I am getting Failure ID: 9SJ882-8QTAG4-GXGGRF-60SE03 when I run a hard drive test. Is there anyway to fix this?

You can fix the problem by installing a new hard drive, and reinstalling the operating system.

You may want to consider replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).

 

After you replace the drive, you can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
