Hard Drive Smart Check Passed But Short DST Failed

My screen turns on but is blank and sometimes get stuck in the windows loop but nothing happens I ran the self check and I got Hard Drive Smart Passed But hard drive DST FAILED. I can’t logon and only screen that shows is the Bios other than that screen is blank it will not load the system record page to reboot or anything and I also took hard drive out and put it back in thinking it may have been loose but still the same issue.

2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
