Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 (169W3AV)

computer being sent in for repair under warranty. I  have been advised the HD will be wiped. Is there a program that i can use to immage my HD to a external drive or cloud so that when i receive my repaired computer i can reimmage the HD, including all the various serial numbers for purchased programs? is there a free program to do this, what are recommendations? Thanks

HP Recommended

Yes -- the program is Macrium Refect and it does complete image backups and restores,

 

The free version retired last year but the paid version does this,

 

You need to contact their website for prices and to download the app,
