I’m having issues with my laptop HP Pavilion Gaming laptop and the issue now is this…

This issue only happened after trying to reset the PC/laptop back to default settings. Now the system is giving this error message or another error message when Recovery USB device is used…

I need help FAST! Because this is affecting my job which is extremely important. HELP ASAP

You'll have to get a hold of another Windows PC to create the recovery media with.

 

Getting into the BIOS will accomplish nothing.

 

The operating system has been lost as a result of the recovery media not working.

The only suggestion I can offer since the recovery media isn't working would be to clean install W11 by making a bootable W11 USB installation flash drive from the link below (2nd option).

 

Download Windows 11

 

After W11 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

The issue is I’m unable to get to Windows. Downloading anything is out. Is there no why to get BOIS settings to reset the system?
