If that is as far as you can go, you will have to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

I recommend you replace the low performing 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SATA solid state drive (SSD).
You have two options for that with your notebook.
One would have no real advantage over the other.
You can replace the existing 2.5" drive with a 2.5" SSD.
Your notebook has a M.2 SSD slot that supports SATA SSDs only, not NVMe.
After you replace the drive, you can use the Microsoft media creation tool to reinstall W10:

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:
