Hi Sarath,
Most likely the Hard Drive has failed and needs to be replaced. You can try performing diagnostics on the drive at boot.
Turn off the PC by holding the power button
Turn on the PC and repeatedly keep hitting the ESC key until the startup menu appears
Press F2 to enter diagnostics
Perform the fast system test or at least the Hard Drive test
The best idea would be to replace the Hard Drive with a 2.5" SATA3 SSD which would give a good boost to the everyday performance of the notebook

You can create a USB drive with Windows 10 on it on a different PC and then install
