below is the error message I received - with hard disk test -- What does this mean?

SMART Check: FAILED
FAILURE ID: 9TU3HK-7MT869-XD7V7G-60F503

The failure ID reports that the hard drive is faulty and needs to be changed, please contact Hp support and get the hard drive replced.
