When i turn on my lap , I am getting hard disk error with F31. Even after running all diagnostics tool am not able to identify the issue with all test results pass. How can i fix this issue

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting hard drive error on startup.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article to run a test on the hard drive.

Also, run the check disk command from the command prompt to fix the hard drive errors.

 

Here is how it is done.

 

You open Command Prompt via the Command Prompt shortcut located in the Start menu or on the Apps screen, depending on your version of Windows then run the below command.

 

chkdsk /f /r
