Hello,
I got a problem when i was using my laptop last weekend. Laptop just jammed and i turned it off. After this my laptop didn't start and there was a unmountable boot volume error. I checked out hard drive and there is 24-letters error. What should i do when my warrant is over?

Hi:
You will need to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04653881
After you replace the hard drive, you can reinstall W10 for free as follows...
Make a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive using the media creation tool at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from the notebook's support page.
