Boot Device Not Found

Please install an operating system on your hard disk.

F2 System Diagnostics

 .... I pass the memory and storage tests but in the bios screen I'm missing the optaine(?) Option thing. So my question is I know I need to download the OS but what else. Also I don't have a computer to download it to. Am I able to download it to a SD card off my phone with a chrome browser or puffin browser in the desktop mode?

I suspect the 'OPTANE' you refer to is the storage area that seems to be integral to the Main Board.
