I need to restore factory settings in my notebook, but the restore partition is corrupted. I Wish to order a set of original DVDs

HP used to offer the file as a separate download.

 

I saved it a while ago, so I zipped it up and attached it below.

Hi:

 

HP does not sell recovery media for your notebook.

 

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.

If you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

 

Your PC's product number is:  1NB01EA#ABZ

I've tried the proposed solution, but there's somethig wrong.
Microsoft Store says that I'm not connected to Internet. Of course I am, and MS-Store is wrong, bur now I wonder if there's another way to download the HP Cloud Recovery Tool.

Other than MS-Store, I mean.
