I noticed that my computer turned on fine but it didnt start up. it just has this blueish screen and doesnt load anything. i hear clicks and the fan but the little light on the side indicating that the hard disk is working is bright, flashes, then goes dim. i ran the hard disk tests on it and it passed the SMART test but it failed the other. this is the error code i got from it: M4JFVS-6SEAJT-MFPX0K-60WF03
can anyone help me?

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced.. Is it still under warranty ? If NOT, you have to replace yourself then rebuild your machine.
For (original) Windows 10. Please use Cloud Recovery tool:
