Hi , I'm getting a fail on hard drive DST Check. I tried the diagnostic page but doesn't recognise my product ID. So I have come here for help...would someone please. Help. Thank you

Hi:

 

Most likely you will have to replace the drive and reinstall the operating system.

 

If the PC generated a 24-character failure ID code, enter the required information at the link below and it should provide a report of the code and the recommended way to fix it.

Hi Paul. I tried that but when I enter the product ID. K4F24EA#ABU ...it's saying enter a validated ID. That is my ID.  so not joy with getting help this way...any other suggestions or any other way of contacting HP SUPPORT
