HP Recommended

So I'm getting no where, in a hurry without a hand brake and good tires.

My Hp Elite Notebook has literally decided she's on strike. She is not reading her hard drive anymore. She refuses all the sweet tips and tricks. You know, going in and restoring defaults, running a memory check (literally says, "What you talking about, there's no memory/hard drive here, you sure you're

In the right place?). Tried the reinstall of windows, except she has no place to save the reinstallation? She is absolutely not recognizing that there is any hard drive in her no matter what I truly to do. 

So after endless nights and hours of sweat and tears, I love my girl, she was perfect! I beg the mighty technicians at the HP, please help me fix my laptop. I need her!
