Hi:
Below is the failure ID report for your notebook, minus the serial number.
GTTTJC-9SJA7U-XD7W3G-60R103 | OK | XXXXXXXXXX | 9/8/20 | 303 | Storage | Floppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape Drive | Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure |
You will need to install a new hard drive, and reinstall the operating system.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

After you replace the drive, you can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...

You can see if your PC is supported by the cloud recovery tool at the link below. It should be.

You need to install a new hard drive and you will need to use another PC with Windows 7 64 bit or newer on it to use the cloud recovery tool.
You could try using the cloud recovery tool on the failed hard drive before replacing it, but don't be surprised if it doesn't work.
