Microsoft Windows 11

Hard Drive Short DST Check : FAILED
FAILURE ID : Q4VA7T-9B7B08-MFPW3F-60QK03
PRODUCT ID : 4CM21EA#ABU
Hard Drive 1 - Secondary HDD Bay
when turned on, my laptop starts automatically installing an update then a blue screen appears saying your computer has ran into an error regarding the NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM. The laptop has also been having BIOS update issues for some time, but I could never fix it. Lately it had been running at 100% disk but now it will not even boot up without getting caught in this loop.

Please help, is this worth taking to get repaired or is there something I can do to fix it?

@E_v

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry! We are in your corner.

I understand that your HP notebook is not working correctly. I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. I did decode the failure ID and refer to Hard Disk 1 Failure. To fix this issue you need to get a replacement hard drive.

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
