I was using my device to participate in an online meeting when the screen froze on me, so I shutdown the device. It kept giving me a black screen after so I followed the steps to run a quick diagnostics check. It said that there was a warning for the Hard Drive Short DST Check (However the test log for that check indicates a pass and no failure ID)
What are my next steps from here?
- HP Pavilion x360 Convertible
- Model is 11-ad018ca
- No failure ID
Let me know if there is any other info I should provide. Thank you

Thanks again for responding.
At the moment I am stuck on the "Preparing Automatic Repair" screen, which is why I ran the diagnostics test. I am wondering on how to proceed past this? Is it a matter of waiting longer, or is this an error? Thank you
