HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 (1A3X9AV)

I can't get into system recovery when rapidly pressing F11... I recently tried to jailbreak into an iphone, I had to download the jailbreak file and transfer it onto my USB flash drive and then reset my laptop and go into bios mode and switch it to USB  but unfortunately it didn't support ios 16.3.1 and now I can't get back into my bios, no matter how fast I keep pressing f11... it keeps telling me install hp hard disk, I've done and tried other options but none of them buttons do nothing... so I have a hp laptop with no original OS

Hi @Kratos3,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

This situation will need some additional support from our internal teams in HP as it may need a fix. For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for private message.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
