I turned my Laptop off after gaming when the fans were still running pretty fast.
When turning it on again i got the 90B fan error and followed some tutorials just telling me to clean the fan. Did that although they weren't really all that dusty and the error is still there. Would it be a good idea to do a hard reset since maybe it was more of software than a hardware issue?
And does hard reset mean all my files will be gone? on some websites it says only the ram is cleared and personal stuff stays while on others it says that it's similar to a factory reset and everything will be gone.
Thx a lot

A hard reset should be able to fix the problem. A hard reset will not wipe out your files. It is just to give your laptop a positive push.
